Data acquisition software with real-time measurement of spindle speed,
torque, axis force, and velocity against time. Data is stored and retrieved
in both Excel and graph formats at 10 samples per second.
Default weld screen for the linear weld process of spindle rpm, axis load, axis velocity, start and finish dwell times, and spindle and axis speed overrides can enhance or reduce speed during weld process
Status monitoring screen shows graph and XL format it can retried viewed and stored both XL and graph time to time.
ISO 40/50 Taper Model Liquid Cooled Tool holder Restrict the tool temperature transfer to the spindle bearings during steel welding, which protect the machine main precision spindle bearings Water mixed coolant enter the inlet and cools the chamber around the FSW tool shank.
