Liquid Cooled Tool Holder
ISO 40/50 Taper Model Liquid Cooled Tool holder Restrict the tool temperature transfer to the spindle bearings during steel and thick al welding, which protect the machine main precision spindle bearings. >
Water mixed coolant enter the inlet and cools the chamber around the FSW tool shank. Tapped hole is provided to secure mounting the stationary housing of the liquid – cooled Tool holder to bracket of the machine.
Temperature Tool Telemetry
A telemetry system is used to measure the temperature of the tool shoulder during welding.
A thermocouple senses the temperature and transmits the value wirelessly to the machine controller according to preset limits.
The machine controller adjusts axis force and welding velocity dynamically.
Tool Temperature Tool Telemetry increases weld quality, extends the life of costly steel weld tools, and prevents unexpected tool breakage.
Seam Tracker
The seam tracking scanner guides the welding tool along a pre-programmed path on the workpiece.
When the tool deviates, the system detects the shift and generates a correction signal instantly.
This signal is sent to the welding machine’s PLC, which dynamically adjusts tool position.
The weld stays centered on the joint, resulting in consistent accuracy and higher weld quality.
